1. Services

SpeedTrack Secure provides professional services including:

  • Cloud & Infrastructure Security Engineering
  • DevSecOps & CI/CD Security Automation
  • Container & Kubernetes Security
  • AI / ML Security & Automation
  • Security Architecture & Advisory
  • Compliance Engineering (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, NIST, ISO, etc.)

Services are delivered as professional consulting services, not guarantees of security, compliance, or breach prevention.

2. No Guarantees

Cybersecurity risk cannot be eliminated.

We do not guarantee:

  • Breach prevention
  • Full regulatory compliance
  • Continuous system availability

Clients retain responsibility for final security decisions and risk acceptance.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Ensure proper authorization and access
  • Maintain internal governance and controls
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Delays or failures caused by missing access or information are not our responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • SpeedTrack Secure retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, scripts, and methodologies
  • Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use engagement-specific deliverables
  • Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written consent

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during engagements.

This obligation survives termination.

6. Authorized Use

Our services may not be used for:

  • Illegal or malicious activities
  • Unauthorized access or exploitation
  • Violations of privacy or data protection laws

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if misuse is identified.

7. AI & Automation Disclaimer

Any AI-assisted tools or outputs are:

  • Advisory only
  • Subject to human review
  • Not autonomous decision-makers

We are not liable for actions taken solely based on automated outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services involved

9. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for outages, failures, or security incidents involving third-party tools, platforms, or cloud providers.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to written agreements.

Outstanding fees remain payable.
